Coming off a very successful New Year’s Eve run which marked Widespread Panic’s 15th sold out show at Philips Arena, the band has announced dates for Spring 2007. Easing in to the tour at Langerado the band travels to Texas on March 23 as they stick relatively close to home ending in Alabama on April 28.

Hopefully all Dallas area spreadheads and jam band fans alike are as excited as I am about Widespread Panic’s upcoming performance July 26 at Nokia Theatre. I know it’s been too long since I’ve been to a show. In last month’s studio release of “Earth to America” JB’s voice sounded better than ever…it just has this enchanting raspy-ness that you can’t get out of your head (and you don’t even want to). So mark your calendar for July 26, and see you at the show!!
